Psychedelic Support
Emerging research in science and medicine points to the value of psychedelics as tools for exploring a wide range of emotional, psychological, and spiritual challenges. In addition to their therapeutic potential, they can also support consciousness expansion, unlock creative expression, and deepen self-awareness.

Undoubtedly, psychedelics can act as powerful catalysts, holding the potential to deepen access to our vast inner worlds and toward our innate healing intelligence. While this work holds great promise, it also carries tremendous risk. This is why having skilled, grounded support is essential when choosing to engage with such powerful substances.

Below, you’ll find how I support individuals through some of the essential phases of psychedelic work. I offer highly individualized support and guidance in navigating each phase of the process, based on where you currently find yourself in your journey and what feels most aligned for you.

Screening & Assessment
This work is not for everyone. While thorough thorough screening, preparation, and assessment can help mitigate risk, the nature of psychedelic experiences means that no outcome can be guaranteed. My holistic assessment process includes a review of your psychiatric history, lifestyle, physical health, support systems, and trauma history, and more. Together, we'll explore your readiness and identify any factors that may need thoughtful attention.
Set, Setting, & Support
Your mindset (set) and physical environment (setting) are critical elements that profoundly shape your experience. Whether it’s a retreat space, one-on-one work with a facilitator, a music festival, or a city apartment, each setting plays a role in how your journey unfolds. Together, we'll reflect not just on your physical surroundings, but also on the broader mental, emotional, and social conditions that will influence your experience.
Internal & External Resources
Responsibly engaging with psychedelic work requires a solid foundation of both internal and external resources. Through thoughtful preparation, we collaborate to support your inner resilience, drawing on principles from parts work, mindfulness-based practices, creative practices, somatic-oriented approaches, and nervous system education.
Equally important is building external support — your village of care — to hold and support you throughout this journey. This may include therapeutic relationships, holistic bodywork, therapeutic professionals, social connection, and community-centred spaces. In our work together, I may offer referrals to trusted body workers and other professionals within my network, who can support your psychological and physical care.
Choosing your Intention
Research has shown that setting a clear intention for your psychedelic journey directly impacts the outcome of your experience. Intention setting is about bringing curiosity to where you are in your life and what you’re seeking from this experience. By placing thoughtful focus on your intention, you create a foundation for the journey––one that helps aligns your experience with what matters most to you.
Navigating the Psychedelic State
While these experiences can help us connect deeply with ourselves and bring a sense of clarity, they can also be destabilizing, confusing, and emotionally intense. Approaching these altered states with curiosity –– and preparing to meet whatever may arise –– is an essential part of the work. My role is to offer education, tools, amd steady support to help you prepare. At the same time, we hold the awareness that even with thoughtful preparation, the experience can unfold in unexpected ways.
Integration
The psychedelic experience can open the door to transformation, but it is only one part of the process. Without intentional integration, the insights or shifts that emerge may not translate into meaningful change in daily life.
Integration is not a one-size-fits-all process or a checklist to complete. It’s a highly individual unfolding — a slow, embodied weaving of insights into how we live, relate, and care for ourselves. For some, it may involve changes in relationships, daily habits, creative expression, or spiritual practices. For others, it may look like deepening rest, grief work, or setting clearer boundaries.
Integration is not a single session — it’s a long arc. It’s about building a life that reflects what was touched or remembered. This work ties directly into preparation and is where much of the real growth happens.
My Approach
My approach is thorough, trauma-informed, and grounded in a range of perspectives, including parts work, psychedelic-informed studies, body-oriented techniques, nervous system education, and community-centred healing. My work is rooted in a harm reduction framework, emphasizing consent, collaboration, and support over intervention or direction. I draw from an evolving body of knowledge, training, and lived experience, as well as a wide range of practical tools.
I believe in moving slowly and gently, centering the person as a whole. My work is deeply relational, rooted in the belief that it is through connection — to self, others, and community — that true healing can unfold. Psychedelics may help dissolve our defenses, but sustainable transformation happens through supportive relationships, practices, and integration over time. This is not a quick fix, but a living process. I am committed to working at a pace that feels safe, grounded, and aligned with your path.

I am committed to ongoing continuing education and am supported by a network of practitioners in the field of psychedelic-assisted therapy and beyond.
