Red Tent

Sundays

Red Tent Sundays is a monthly virtual women’s gathering — a space where circle, workshop, and ritual meet. Inspired by The Red Tent and ancient traditions of women gathering together, these circles weave myth, education, somatic practice, and community witness.

Each month holds a theme through which we explore myth, archetypes, the seasons of inner life, and the wisdom of the nervous system as experienced through the female body.

Past themes include:

  • Shadow Work: Exploring the Self Through a Jungian Lens

  • Autumn Equinox/Myth of Demeter & Persephone

  • Exploring Pleasure & Sensuality through the Nervous System

  • Becoming Woman: Culture, Body, and the Stories We Carry

These circles are both experiential and educational: a place to learn, reflect, and connect, while also dropping into the intimacy and depth of shared circle.

**Exceptionally, there will be no Red Tent this October. We return on November 30th.

Subscribe to our newsletter to receive announcements when registration opens and to learn more about each month’s theme.**

What to Expect

These two-hour gatherings are designed for deep presence, creative reflection, and inner integration.

A typical session may include:

  • A grounding welcome and orientation

  • A short presentation or teaching

  • An intuitive body movement/somatic practice

  • A creative arts directive such as art-making or journaling

  • Circle sharing and intimate breakout rooms

  • A closing ritual or integrative practice

Each gathering is shaped by the women who attend. There is always structure, yet room for the unexpected, the authentic, the sacred.

Who This Circle Is For

Red Tent Sundays welcome women in all phases of life — whether you are in your bleeding years, moving through perimenopause, or beyond. The richness of this space comes from the diversity of our experiences: our ages, our cultures, our stories, and the seasons we each bring into the circle. We only ask that you come with openness, curiosity, and respect for the shared container.

This circle is for you if:

  • You crave meaningful connection beyond small talk

  • You want to return to your body in ways that feel intuitive and instinctual

  • You’ve felt the ache of modern life’s speed and disconnection

  • You carry stories, ancestral, lived, or cultural, that are asking to be witnessed

  • You’re curious about the feminine in a deeper, more layered way

These circles are an invitation to gather in community, to honor the cycles we carry in our bodies and our lives, and to step into spaces where depth, story, and shared presence matter.

How it Works

Red Tent Sundays are held virtually on Zoom, from 6–8 PM EST, on the last Sunday of each month.

Attendance is capped at 12 women per gathering to preserve intimacy and depth. â€‹
